Crispy greens, spring mix, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and olives tossed with our homemade garlic ranch dressing
Mediterranean Feta Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with lots of feta cheese, sweet onions, ripe tomatoes and fresh parmesan cheese - blended with a light vinegrette dressing
Siesta Tropical Oriental Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with a mixture of diced tomatoes, scallions, sliced fresh mushrooms, green and red peppers, and pineapple - tossed in our special oriental sauce. We place this mixture in a fresh tortilla shell and garnish with orange wedges
